According to the New York Post, Hilton and her beau, businessman Cy Waits, were recently caught engagement ring shopping. And while the lovebirds reportedly took a gander at a 30-carat blue diamond ring, the heiress decided to hunker down a huge amount of cash for a black diamond bauble as a 30th birthday gift to herself. The rock was reportedly worth $25,000.
So yes, although the sweethearts left the jewelry store empty-handed, the gossip mill continues to insist that the pair will be getting hitched sometime in the near future. In fact, Hilton spoke with the news source later on that evening and added fuel to the fire when asked if she’s aisle-bound.
“We’ve talked about it,” she told the news outlet. “This is once in a lifetime. I want to be with him forever.”
Hilton previously dated Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden and reality star Doug Reinhardt. This would be the first marriage for both Hilton and Waits.
