Mariah was highly recommended to me, but I would not recommend her. Please be cautious before signing a contract with her. I was very disappointed with my makeup trial. I felt that I looked older than I actually am. Additionally, she did not apply mascara to my bottom lashes or any lipstick. My eyebrows were done in a way that I found unflattering. I would not have been comfortable walking down the aisle looking the way I did. She said she would follow up with me at the end of the day to see how my makeup lasted throughout the day. I never heard from her. My hair trial was even worse than my makeup trial. She spent only 30 minutes on my wedding hair, which is less time than it takes me to do my hair on a normal day. She said as my wedding got closer she would recommend facials. Never did that. Told me to set a date for my trial on a night out. Took my bday weekend off set the trail up. She canceled last min because her child was sick. Which is understanding. Then called me back and said I was more then welcome to get my trial done being her child had strep that. No thank you I'll pass. Had to remind her more then once which family members were also booked that day. Just a pointer for the future know you client. I ended up canceling. I felt I was better off doing it myself.

Comfortable makeup for a little-makeup girl :)

Let me start by saying that I don't wear much makeup every day, and was looking for a natural makeup look for my wedding where I still felt like myself. I also needed an artist that would be willing to accommodate a small bridal party (just two). Mariah was so very kind in incorporating all of my thoughts during our trial, respecting what I was comfortable and not comfortable with, and making me feel at ease with the process. She was a calming, encouraging presence on my wedding day (even when I screwed up what time I had asked her to arrive), and made me feel beautiful. I look back at our photos, and am so happy with how my makeup looked and how natural it felt. Thank you Mariah!

I book Mariah whenever I can, when I’m going to an event I want to look my best I call Mariah! She can make me look my best when I’m feeling my worst! Mariah is able to do any look, classy, sexy, night out, and even a fun dress up night to go with any theme! Mariah is by the far the best, I recommend everyone to book her for any event you want to feel and look your best!!

I booked Mariah for a trial and instantly I knew I wanted her to do my makeup for my wedding day. She was so warm and receptive to all my ideas and helped me pinpoint a look I wanted. On my wedding day she was early and got set up and did an amazing job of keeping me centered and on track for my special day. Not only was she professional, she also truly cares about making you feel beautiful on one of the most important days of your life. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Mariah is Amazing!

I was in search of a makeup artist last minute for my wedding. I reached out to Mariah and she let me know she was available right away. I set up a trial, which went great! Mariah listened to my ideas and gave me exactly the style of makeup I was looking for. We made a few small changes from my trial for my wedding day and my makeup looked amazing! Mariah pays great attention to detail and checked in many times during the process to make sure I liked the makeup look as we were going. I got so many compliments and looked my best! Mariah also did the makeup for my mom, mother in law, and 4 bridesmaids. Everyone loved their looks. I loved working with Mariah throughout the whole process. Her communication made the process so easy. She even gave us each a touch up kit to use during the rest of the day, which came in very handy! I highly recommend Mariah to anyone looking for a makeup artist for any event!

I have had my makeup done by Mariah multiple times and each time is the best experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone to take as much consideration and care into my special days. Not only is she inclusive to all types of events (pride, weddings, birthdays etc ) but no matter the special day she puts 150% effort in everything she does. She has such a warm personality that it makes it easy to sit and have conversation while she is making you perfect 🖤 thankful for her availability and great pricing for the amazing quality of work. 10/10 would recommend!
