Spray tan two days before\u00a0<\/strong>
\nMany brides want to be a little bronze for their big day, but UV-ray tanning booths are simply not worth it. If you want to spray tan, you should do so two days before your wedding. According to RealBeauty, the tan usually darkens a bit on the second day and then sets in perfectly on the third \u2013 leaving you with that effortless glow.<\/p>\n

Practice makes perfect\u00a0<\/strong>
\nSince you are going to be the focal point of the whole day and the camera will be on you quite a bit, you should play up your makeup a little more than you would usually. Whether you are going for the natural look or bringing the glam, practice makes perfect. You should do a couple of trail runs before your big day \u2013 and make sure to take pictures, too. This way, you will be able to see how much makeup is the right amount.<\/p>\n

Bold red lips<\/strong>
\nMany brides feel as though they cannot pull off that bold red lip, but that is simply not the case. This look is a classic and never goes out of style, but it is just up to you to find the right shade of red. It is also a good idea to exfoliate first get rid of any dry or flaky skin on your lips if you do decide to go bold. Apply lip liner to the whole lip and the lipstick over it. Blot that and re-apply the lipstick to the center of your lips. This will give you a long-lasting beautiful red lip.<\/p>\n

Smoky eyes vs. cat eyes\u00a0<\/strong>
\nWhen it comes to eye makeup, it is important to find out what works best for you. Cat eyes and smoky eyes are popular as of late, but it is imperative you practice before hand. If you are thinking about doing a cat eye, try cake liner instead of pencil, as this stays on all day. If you are thinking smoky \u2013 whether you are using grays or purples and blues \u2013 blending is key.<\/p>\n
