Nida Rodriguez owns The Slide Ride, a food truck in Chicago that serves gourmet sandwiches, recently decided to do some catering – and it has been successful. She caters events of all kinds including weddings<\/a> – already she has 10 weddings booked this summer, according to the news source.
\nFood trucks aren’t exactly for a traditional wedding<\/a>, but those couples who are\u00a0planning a wedding on a budget\u00a0<\/a>and are willing to forgo some of the logistics, many find these trucks to be the perfect caterer<\/a> for their nuptials, the media outlet reports.<\/p>\n
