We’ve seen it ourselves — as summer drops into fall, as fall slips into winter, some sort of wizardry overcomes the rugged-glam organic farm. The heavenly scent of lavender in bloom and lush historic gardens is replaced with that of cozy wood-burning fireplaces, delicate candles, and unbelievably crisp air.<\/p>\n

All that remains the same with each change of the season is the classic New Mexican architecture, sprawling natural landscape, and their dedicated staff.
